How it works

A calm, three-step process.

Nothing to prepare before the first call. No commitment until you've seen exactly what you'd get.

1

Free intro call

Where it starts

Tell us your situation. We'll tell you honestly whether and how we can help. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

2

Intake + working session

The heart of the work

A structured questionnaire covering documents, accounts, property, digital life, and wishes. Then a session together to fill the gaps the questionnaire can't catch.

3

Your family's foundation

What you keep

A shared Family Estate Inventory, a status check on key directives, and a tailored guide for the conversation with your family or parents.

Plain terms.

Flat-fee, outcome-based engagement. No hourly overages.

Not a law firm. We don't sell documents or give legal advice.

Everything we build stays yours.

Questions families ask

Is this legal advice?

No. We're not a law firm and we don't provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We handle the practical, organizational layer and we work alongside your attorney, CPA, or advisor when the legal questions come up.

Do my parents have to participate?

No, many families start without them. The intake and the inventory can begin with what you know, and we'll help you bring your parents in, at their pace, when you're ready.

What if we already have an attorney?

Perfect. We make your attorney's work more effective, not redundant. They handle the legal documents; we handle everything around them — the organizing, the follow-through, the family coordination.

Is my information secure?

We take this seriously. We never ask for SSNs or passwords and you're in control of what you share within your family.

What does it cost?

Every family is different, so we use the free intro call to determine this. We operate a flat-fee, outcome-based model. Everything is agreed up front, so there are no surprises.

How long does it take?

Most engagements run a few weeks from intro call to finished foundation, depending on how much gathering there is to do and your family's pace. There's no deadline pressure from us: this moves at the speed that works for you.

Do you work with families remotely?

Yes, most of our work happens over video, phone, and shared documents. Family members in different cities can all participate.

What happens after the engagement?

The inventory is yours to keep, in a format your family can maintain. Some families check in with us annually to keep things current; others take it from there entirely. Both are good outcomes.
